Our Policy

At our site, we do not collect personally-identifiable information from individuals unless it is provided to us knowingly and voluntarily. This means we do not require you to register or provide information to us in order to view our site. If you choose to subscribe to our “eNewsletter" or use the "Tell A Friend" feature, the information you supply will only be used to provide the requested service. If you no longer wish to be receive our eNewsletter, simply click on “eNewsletter, Unsubscribe”

From time to time we may gather generic information about our users (i.e. via on-line polling). For example, we may advise a potential retailer that based on our website poll, 78% of our customers are also very interested in organic produce. We will not, however, share personally-identifiable information with anyone, including our partners and retailers.

In the "Contact Us" section of our site, we do ask for information such as your name, address and phone number. This information is only used if our attempts to contact you by e-mail were unsuccessful. This information is not used internally for other purposes, nor is it shared with anyone outside of Bremner Foods Ltd. Your e-mail address is not used for any purpose other than to reply to your message or respond to your request for information.

Occasionally, our website may include notices of promotions or contests we are conducting, which you are invited to enter electronically. Any information provided in these instances will only be used for the purpose of the promotion (i.e. to contact you if you are a contest winner.) The information you provide during these promotions is not shared with anyone outside of Bremner Foods Ltd.

Like most companies, we use "cookie" technology on our web site. When you log on to www.bremnerfoods.com, the cookie tells us whether you are a new or previous visitor to our site.
